Swift, efficient and excellent customer service. Couldn’t recommend more.

George provided an excellent service to recover my car from Gatwick South Car park, as I cannot drive due to a tendon injury. The parking was booked through a third party and he spent considerable time to reduce the bill for the parking from £840 to £350 and to recover my car, the car parking company found my booking, after visiting the Hilton hotel, which was part of the booking. I contacted George late afternoon and got my car back at 10pm same day. His charges on New Year’s Day was very reasonable.

I could not recommend more this service. The worker arrived on time, was helpful and kind. Very reasonable price compared to other similar services.

I can recommend this recovery service very highly. Yesterday I faced a problem with my 2 year old Mercedes that had cover included but they were quoting 5 hours to recover the car and only to a dealer. RG Autos arrived in 15 mins and took me home saving my day! Brilliant service !

Walhied Khan came to my rescue on 27/02/25. My car broke down about 2hrs away from home. Just gave him the car location and home address. He assured me he would deliver it home and he did just that. I had issues with my car and it needed to go to the main dealer for repair. I phoned RG Auto the day before it was due to go in and they had availability the next morning to come a collect my car. He arrived on time and quickly got on to loading the car and also offered me a lift to the main dealers. Once we arrived and the car was un loaded, RG Auto stuck around to make sure the car got into the service centre and was even willing to help push the car a fair distance if it didn't start. Overall an excellent service, well priced, I'll definitely be using them again should the need arise

Can you imagine being stuck down a dark side road alone late at night? Professional and efficient. My tyre had blown and they got my car on and off the truck without damaging the wheel. I initially asked to go to the nearest tyre shop, but the engineer, Walhied, advised me to call Total Tyres who were open and already had my tyre in stock. Thanks to his expertise I was back driving far sooner and for cheaper than I had expected.

RG Autos - Legend! I had a puncture last week on the A4 and only about 3 miles from Kwick Fit. I called RG Autos and explained I had to be there within an hour, or I would be stuck all night. I have to say, they came straight out and collected me in 35 minutes. Very nice guy and got me there in time to get new tyre. Note to self, do not put normal tyres when should be run flats, or have a spare!!! Thank you for your prompt service and very reasonable cost. The RAC didnt cover me for more than 10 miles .RG towed my sons car from Reading to Hemel Hempstead for almost half the price of anyone else i could find using Google maps local search for Reading. Cheap promt and does what he said. Ps i forgot to take a picture !!!

I contacted George on the 27th December, having been visiting family in Twyford for Xmas. I needed to return to York, but my car had other plans. George was just brilliant, a total life saver. Helped me out in the middle of the night! After waiting for 8 hours for the RAC to do their job I finally gave up and called RG Autos at 1am. When AA took 7 hours + for a priority motorway breakdown call - George turned up in 5 minutes and got me on the road again in 10 mins. Don’t bother with the useless AA - call George (which I should have done as soon as I broke down).

I contacted George quite late in the evening and was pleasantly surprised by the prompt reply . I needed a car towed from Reading to London and George couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. The job was completed swiftly and the total cost was almost half of what I was quoted by others. George delivered the car to my parents house and stayed longer than he needed just to make sure the car was left where I’d asked even though this was a little more tricky than anticipated. I will definitely be using him again as the whole process was completely stress free for me . I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Would highly recommend. I called on a Saturday morning to have my car recovered from my parents house and taken to a garage near my home after it was unsafe to drive. George arrived within a couple of hours and completed the job, and for a competitive price. George was friendly and professional.
